Highly skilled AutoCAD operators and experienced fabrication designers turn ideas into realities beginning with necessary shop drawings (if they are not already supplied). Our engineers work with a number file types in our CAD engineering process: dwg, .dxf, .pdf, .ipt, IGES. and STP.
Advanced CAM engineering software allows us to quickly and easily create reliable, high-quality parts for every project. We rely on two sophisticated modules for laser cutting and press brake operations. The laser-cutting module automatically finds the most optimal material yield and sets machine parameters to provide the highest edge quality while the press brake module, equipped with a 3D graphical monitor, guides our operators with the fastest and most efficient bending sequence through each bend of the part.
